Conceived as a natural integration and development of Landandart, the dense program of musical, literary, cinematographic and performance events will connect the natural and artistic aspects of the routes in a single large scenic dimension. The spaces in front of the chapels, but also the surrounding meadows, woods and ravines, will be transformed during the festival into real open-air theaters.

“Landandart – andar per arte”.
“Landandart – andar per arte” (Land and Art – Follow the Art) is being launched on Saturday 5 October 2024.
From then the Landandart project will feature a permanent work “Atto unico – campane” (Single Act – Bells) by Giovanni Ozzola.
This work, which marks the beginning of VIA’s collaboration with the Associazione Arte Continua, is made up of five ceramic bells of different sizes. They interact with the open green space along the Bosco della Nova walk in Mondovì (Cuneo). The work enhances an ambitious redevelopment project on a panoramic slope of the hill where the city first developed.
The installation “Atto unico – campane” signals therefore the beginning of an important collaboration which VIA wants to create with the Associazione Arte Continua. The Association has been active for many years with important artistic and cultural interventions, mainly in Tuscany. As a sign of the collaboration, which will develop fully in 2025, Associazione Arte Continua has decided to support VIA in this second Landandart event of 2024. Together they emphasise the importance of contemporary art and the involvement of the international art community, following the principles and values of the two associations.
